Returns & Exchange Policy

To make a return or exchange simply click here or on the 'MAKE A RETURN' tab on the home page menu and follow the steps.

- Returns & Exchanges are FREE in the UAE within 5 days including the day the parcel was delivered. This also includes faulty items.

- You will have 1 free return REQUEST or 1 free exchange REQUEST per order. Any return or exchange after will be charged AED 15.

- Please allow 10-14 working days for the return/refund to be processed.

- For full priced items, the amount will be reversed back to original payment method.

- All sale items are final and cannot be returned.

- For cash on delivery (COD) payments we only offer store credit with the amount of the refund.

- STORE CREDIT IS VALID FOR 3 MONTHS FROM DATE OF ISSUE. Store credit cannot be converted into cash or card refunds. Any attempt to do so will be treated as store credit fraud and may result in loss of store credit or account suspension.

*PLEASE NOTE: a 4 hour order delivery is attempted once. If the delivery attempt is failed due to the customer not being available/building policies not allowing the driver to leave the package, the order will automatically be cancelled and a 45AED fee incurred for the driver’s return trip.

What is your returns policy?

- Items must be returned with tags and ribbons attached.

-Items must be returned unworn and unwashed. Please do not leave any marks, makeup stains, smoke doors or fragrance on the items. Please also ensure that no hairs are attached to the product. If the item is returned in a poor condition, the refund will be refused and the item/s will be returned back to you with an invoice covering the shipping handling.

-Items should be returned in the original packaging. If you have misplaced the packaging, please ensure it is kept in a clear ziplock clothes packaging. Items returned in plastic bags, without packaging or poorly packaged, will not be accepted for a return.

We reserve the right to not issue a refund if it does not fit the terms of our Returns Policy. If we are unable to issue you a refund then you will be sent an email informing you of our decision, and our reasons along with an invoice to cover return postage fees. Customers with rejected returns are to cover the cost of return postage.

-Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds for earrings, lashes, nipple covers, nipple tape or any other beauty & accessories products.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, we do offer exchanges to UAE customers, subject to availability due to our fast moving stock. To make an exchange simply click on the 'Return/Exchange' button next to your order details located on your order history page on your account and follow the steps provided. Alternatively, you can click on the 'MAKE A RETURN' tab on the home page menu and follow the steps.

Please note: We offer 1 free exchange per order.

I am outside of the UAE, how do I return my order?

Unfortunately we do not offer postage labels for overseas customers. Please return your item back to us via a tracked service and ensure that your postage receipt is kept until your refund has been issued. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the order. Postage of returning the item is non-refundable.

How do I track my return?

We will send you an email once we've received your item. You will also receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

Why have I been refunded the incorrect amount?

Please contact customer service sales@mybrunchfit.com if you think that you have been refunded the incorrect amount.

What do I do if I’ve received an incorrect/faulty item?

Please email us on sales@mybrunchfit.com as soon as possible with your order number and images of the fault if you have received an incorrect/faulty item. Please do not wear the item.
