Returns & Exchange Policy
Returns are FREE in the UAE within 7 days of delivery confirmation. Return guidelines must be followed in order to receive your full refund.
If you choose to receive store credit instead of a full refund, we offer an additional 15% order value on top of your refund amount to spend in our store.
All sale items are final and can only be exchanged.
What is your returns policy?
- Items must be returned with tags and ribbons attached. Please do not remove the tags or cut the ribbon until you are happy to keep the item.
PLEASE NOTE: Items with safety ribbon cut will not be accepted for a return.
-Items must be returned unworn and unwashed. Extra care must be taken when trying on the item - please do not leave any marks, makeup stains, smoke doors or fragrance on the items. Please also ensure that no hairs are attached to the product. If the item is returned in a poor condition, the refund will be refused and the item/s will be returned back to you with an invoice covering the shipping handling.
-Items should be returned in the original packaging. If you have misplaced the packaging, please ensure it is kept in a clear ziplock clothes packaging. Items returned in plastic bags, without packaging or poorly packaged, will not be accepted for a return.
We reserve the right to not issue a refund if it does not fit the terms of our Returns Policy. If we are unable to issue you a refund then you will be sent an email informing you of our decision, and our reasons along with an invoice to cover return postage fees. Customers with rejected returns are to cover the cost of return postage.
We will refund you the price that you paid for the product by the method that you used for payment within 3-14 working days after our customer care team's quality inspection.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds for earrings, lashes, nipple covers, nipple tape or any other beauty & accessories products.
For cash on delivery (COD) payments we only offer a gift card with the amount of the refund.
How do I make a return?
To make a return or exchange simply click on the 'Return/Exchange' button next to your order details located on your order history page on your account and follow the steps provided. Alternatively, you can click on the 'MAKE A RETURN' tab on the home page menu and follow the steps.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, we do offer exchanges to UAE customers, subject to availability due to our fast moving stock. I am outside of the UAE, how do I return my order?
Unfortunately we do not offer postage labels for overseas customers. Please return your item back to us via a tracked service and ensure that your postage receipt is kept until your refund has been issued. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the order. Postage of returning the item is non-refundable.
How do I track my return?
We will send you an email once we've received your item. You will also receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
Why have I been refunded the incorrect amount?
Please contact customer service sales@mybrunchfit.com if you think that you have been refunded the incorrect amount.
What do I do if I’ve received an incorrect/faulty item?
Please email us on sales@mybrunchfit.com as soon as possible with your order number and images of the fault if you have received an incorrect/faulty item. Please do not wear the item.
